RESOLUTION OF THH BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO AMEND ORIGINAL ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OF GRASS VALLEY MEMORTAL HOSPITAL, A CORPORATION. RESOLVED: It is resolved that the original Articles of Incorporation of "GRASS VALLEY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL”, now on fils in the office of the Secretary of State for California, shall be amended in the following partiéulars, to wit: Article First shall be amended to read as follows: “That the name of the corporation shall be Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital”. Article Fifth shall be amended to read as follows: “The membership of said corporation is regulated as set forth in the By-Laws of said corporation and amendments thereto”. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we, the President and the Secretary, have hereunto set our hands and caused the seal of said corporation to be hereto affixed this Ly day of December, A.D. 1957. Albert LL.
