dollar and fifty cents ($1 50) per share wax
levied upon the capital stock of sail company: payable immediately in United States
gold coin, to the Secretury of the company,

Any stock upon which said assessment
shall remain unpaid on the lst day of
duly, 1876, will be deemed delinquent
and advertised for sale at public auction,
