Weiss, plaintiff, and to answer the complaint
filed therein, within ten days (exclusive of
the day of service) after the service on you
of this summons—if served within this county; or, if served out of this county, within
thirty days; or judgment will be. taken

rqught for the foreclosure of twomortgages
described in the said complair t, one executed
by said A. H. Linstedt and Frederica Linstedt on: the 29th day of May, 1879, to
secure payment ofa promissory note dated
May 29th, 1879, made by A. H. Linstedt for
the sum of. three hundred dollars, payable
twelve months after date, with interest at
the rate of 1} per cent per month to Valentine Weiss or order. . The other exeeuted by
