HE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, FINDing the county heavily involved, by the
advice of a convention of Tax-payers, held
at.San Andreas, April 24, 1871, résolved on
this measure rather than resort to repudiation, and will hold. a GRAND MUSICAL
FESTIVAL, the proceeds of which will be
applied to the liquidation of the count
debt. 200,000 admission Tickets will be sol

Tickets will be entitled to any premium
