judgment in the District Court of theTourteenthJudi¢ial District of the. State of California, in aad for the county of Nevada,
against. John Heal for the sum of Seven
Hundred and Fitty and 76-100 ($750 76-160)
Dollars, gold cofff df the United States, with
interest thereon from the date of said judgment at the rate of 7 per cent. per annum
till paid, together with costs of suit taxed
at $14 75, and counsel fees allowed herein
