FIFTH: That the number of directors of said corporation shall be three, who shall be shareholders; that the names and addresses of the persons who are appointed to act as the first directors and to hold offices until the selection and qualification of their successors, are as follows; WAMES ADDRESSES Horace E. Marysville, California SIXTH: That the number of persons above named shall constitute the number of directors of the corporation until changed by amendment to the by-laws, increasing the number of directors as may be desired, in the manner provided by law.
