At 9:40 o’clock Friday-night the iron
pipe which conveys water from the
Snow Mountain ditch to the Providence Mining Company’s works was
blown up at a point a short distance
above where it crosses the Wyoming
wagon road. The damage was evidently caused by a dynamite bomb,
and the pipe was torn to pieces for a
distance of six or seven feet. The explosion shook up-the country for a
property it is essential that the sum of
from ten to twelve thousand dollars
be raised, to. be spent in development
of some of the numerous and promising ledges existing upon it, to put
these in a proper state for economical
extraction of ore, and to make necessary alteratidns in the milling capacity.
The Directors therefore determined,
for the furtherance of these purposes,
to issue 24452 shares of treasury stock

any kind carried on, and before he has
gone a hundred yards he will find the
water muddy from the washing on the
sides and in the bed of the creek.
