C. and N. €. P. [at Nevada City, Saturday, Aug. 2a, ‘ES79, at Il A. M, . ; fo nor#inate a full County Ticket; select Del egates for a Joint Convention and appoint a Central Committee for the ensuing year. Primary Meetings to clect delegates to said Convention shall be held in every Election Precinct in the County on Wednesday, Jaly 30th, 1879. No Proxies allowed unless held’ by a Delegate.elected to said Convention. The basis of representation shall be one Delezate for every election precinct : one for eyery fifty voters in each precinet 3 one for. every fraction of fifty,over twenty-five, where the number of voters is less than fifty.— These numbers*to be determined by the total number of votes cast at the last general election.
