‘TP \HE Trustees of the City of Nevada do
ordain as follows:
Section1. The Justices of the Peace, of
Nevada Township, shall for all services rendered the City cf Nevada, in each criminal
case, receive the sum of three Dollars, to be
paid out of the city treasury, provided however that in case the fine should” be collected
from the defendant, the-fee of said Justice
