Said Pasctarcuar ledge was located January 3d, 1878, by James Colley, and 1s recorded in Rook 7, Page 314, Mining Records Nevadacounty, and said Live Yankee edge was located May 10th, 1277, by C. W Beedle, J.W. Stephens and R. BE. Robinson and is recorded in Book 7, Page 67, ainle Records of Nevada County, together with a buildings, machinery anl appurtenances now on said mining claims, belonging, and in any way spper taining thereto the prop erty of the said Fortuna Gold Mining Company be sold to satisfy said Judgment, together with interest and costs. Notice is hereby given that I will sell at public sale in front of the Court House door, in the city of Nevada, county of Nevada, State of California, on Monday, the 234 day of July, A.
