All races to be run and governed by the State Rules,
Entrees to be made atthe Glenbrook Park with
Chas. Osborn on the evening before the day of the
race by or before 6 o'clock
In all the above raves three or more entrees to be
made, and two to start, except in the race of Lodi
and Norfolk.
