City of Nevada do ordain as follows :
Sxciion 1. Any person or persons who
shall fire off or discharge any. fire crackers,
bombs or explusive substances, within the
corporate limits of the City of Nevada, without first obtaining permission from the
‘Trustees of said city to do so, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon con
viction shall be fined not less than ten dollars or more than one hundred dolJars, or be imprisoned ‘in the City Prison
not to exceed ten days,
Srcrion 2. This Ordinance shall be in
full force onand after the Fifth day of
April, A. D. 1885.
