Horrible Diseases, -_
How many thousands of persons, buth-male and fe. ;
male, are there whoare suffering out a miserable existence from the effects of secret indulgences. or from
virus absorbed into the system. . Look at their pallid
emaciated and disfigured faces.and their broken-down
constitutions, disqualifying them for the happiness of
madriage or the enjoyment of life. In this horrid sit.
uation thousands suffer until death closes the scene.
Let parents, guardians and friends, attend to those
who are suffering with any of these horrible, life-destroying maladies—see'that they are cared for and
cured before it be too late. Send them immediately .
to Dr. Gibbon, a physician who has made me
vate diseases his especial study for years, and who ia
certain to cure the most inveterate cases without mercury or any injurious drugs,, It is important to those
who are afflicted. or to those who are interested in
the welfare of their friends, to be careful of the many
pretended Doctors who infest all cities, publishing
their skill in curing all diseases in a few days, imposing npon the public by using the names of eminent
physicians from Europe and other places. Be therefore careful and make strict enquiry, or you may fall
a
~. into the hands of thos?’ charlatans.
Syphilis is Syphilis the world over; so i&small pox,
consumption and other diseases, to the trary of
what quacks may say. 5
Seminal Weakness,
Seminal Weakness, the consequence of self-abuse,
This solitary vice or depfived sexual indulgence is
practiced by the youth of both sexes to an almost unlimited extent, producing’ with unerring certainty
the following train of morbid symptoms, unless combatted by scientific medical measures, viz: sallow
countenance, dark spots utider the eyes, pain in the
head ringing in the ears, noise like the rustling of
leaves and rattling of chariots, uneasiness about the
loins, weakness of the limbs, confused vision, blunt
intellect, loss of confidence, diftidence in approaching
strangers, a dislike to fo. new acquaintances, a disposition to shun society, loss of memory, hectic fiushes, pimples and various eruptions about the face, furred tongue, fetid breath, coughs, consumption, night
Sweats, monomania and frequent insanity. If relief
be not obtained should apply immediately— either in
person or by letter, and have a cure effected by this
hew and scientific mode of treating this complaint,
which never fails of effeeting a quick and radical cure
Dr. G. will give $100 to any person’. who will prove
satisfactorily to him that be was cured by either of!
the San Franciseo quacks.
Dr. Gibbon is responsible and will give to each
patient a written instrament binding himself to effect
a radical and permanent cure. or make no charge.
Persons at a distance may be Cured at Home

Caution to the Unfortunate.
