LOCAL INTELLIGENCE.
TEACHER’s INSTITUTE.—The annual
session of the County Teachers’ Institute will commence in-this-city-on Weds
~ . nesday next and continue three days. .
The law provides that teachers shall

attend. , It is. certainly the interest of
both teachers and trustees to have the
