The undersigned Managers of,and in behalf of the SACRAMENTO PIONEER AND
LIBRARY GIFT CONCERT, beg leave to

That ‘having received returns from our
Agents, we are enabled to state that at this
date there are between 10,000 and 11,000 out
of the 60,000 Tickets issued by us, in the
hands of Agents, unsold. There are no full
books remaining in our office, and we positively affirm that there will be
canceled and no reduction in the amount of
Prizes.
Our Tickets must all be sold before the
drawing, and judding from the” present de«
