tu, a full and complete list of the applipre-emption
Couuty of Nevada, gives notice that the
same are subject to asscssment, and will
be included in the lists of assessments for
the fiscal year of 1877-8. To avoid confusion of title, and names of claimants,
taxpayers are requested to list said claims
in the names of the present owners, at the
Assessor's Office, at the Court House, Nevada City. I will be at the town of Truckee
on Saturday, June 2nd, 1877, for the agssessment of all property, and with a record of
the claims aforesaid.
