Section 1 of said Ordinance No. 7 is amended so as to read as follows: .

and abatement of public nuisances within
the special fire limits of the City of Nevada,
HE Board of Trustees of the City of Nedk vada, do oerebyordain as follows:
Section 1. All fidiugs or structures
hereafter erected within the special fire limits of the City of Nevada, the exterior or
outside walls’ of which, or the materials of
which shall be comp ied of wood, shall be
deemed, arid the same are hereby declared
to ublic nhisances, : =
ion 2. Any person, who shall’on any
day, within the special fire limits ot the City
of Netada, maintain or assist in maintaining, any public nuisance in violation of the
provisions of this Ordinance, shall be deemed guilty of a misuemeanor, and upon a
eonviction thereof shail be be i by a
fine not exceéding one ‘hnndred dollars, or
by imprisonment in the City Prison for vot
ex ing ten days, for each offense, at the
discretion ef the Justice of the Peae by
