count of Dog Licences. Twenty-five percent on
all moneys collected-oraccount of Poll Tax.—
Fitteen per cent on all moneys collected on accoant of Road Tax and Five per cent on all mon

named from the 28th day of November. 1862, at
the rate of 2 per cent. Ye mouth till paid, and
the sum of $3,000, with imterest thereon from
March 28th, 1863, at 2 per cent rt month till

coin. ‘The interest on first sum above named
having been peid up to May 28th, 1863; and if
any deficiency shail remain after sppiyi all of
said moneys properly, so applicable thereto,
