XIII.
To own, hold, lease, or sublet, or to conduct on its own
account, or for any person, firm, association, or corporation, all
and every kind of merchandise, business, or pursuit necessary or
proper to carry on on account of the business of said corporation.
XIV.
To build any and all necassary shops, buildings, store
rooms and structures at any place proper or convenient to carry on
any or all of the business of said corporation.
XV.
To do and perfect every, all, or any matter, thing, business or undertaking necessary, proper, or lawful to carry into
effect any of the provisions of the foregoing powers, directly or
indirectly calculated to effectuate the above purposes. Em Is
EXPRESSLY PROVIDED that the foregoing shall not be held to limit
or restrict in any manner, the powers of this corporation, but said
phrases shall be construed liberally both as to objects and purposes.
FOURTH: That the principal office for the transaction of
the business of the corporation is to be located in the County of
Nevada, State of California.
FIFTH: That this corporation shall have perpetual axistence .
SIXTH: That the number of directors of said corporation
ghall be five (5), and the names and addresses of the persons who
are appointed to act as the first directors are as follows, to wit:
