dated April 28th, 1886, due cighteen

Four Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars,
with interest thereon at six per cent. per
annum until paid, that the premises conveyed by said mo: pee may be sold,‘and
the proceeds applie: the payment of the
amount due upon said eh ssory note, as

with interest thereon from April 1
at the rate ofsix percent. per annum. and
five per cent upon th amount found fue

in case such proceeds are not sufficient to

against said H. G Batty for the balance remaining due, and that also the said defendants and all persona claiming by, through or
under them or either of them may be barred
and foreclosed of all right, title, claim; lien,
equity of redemption, and interest in and
to sai morose premises, and for other
and further relief.
