Section 7—All siaewalks shall be kept in
proper repair by the owner or owners of the
lot in front of Whiel said Ridewulks are-or
may be constracted under the provisions of
this Ordinance; and if any owner or owners of the lotin fromt of which any side:
walk is constructed, shall suffer’ such side“walk tv become broken, or otherwise. so
out of repair, as to obstruct; ‘mpede or enand shall suffer such sidewalk-tc remain io
out of repair for a period of 5 days after being notified by the City Marshal to repair
the same, shall be deemed to have committed a nuisance, and upon a conviction
thereof‘shall be fined in any sum not less
than ten dollars nor exceeding tifty dollars,
or be imprisoned not less than five days,
nor more than twenty-fire days.
