Board adjourned at 2 o'clock to meet April 15th. ‘New Acent.—W. 8: McRoberts, who was agent for the California Stage Co. for eight years, in this city, has been appointed Agent for the Pacific Express and Stage ‘Company. Fast Stracine —The Pacific Stage and Express Co's. Stages are making excellent time now; but they will have to look to their laurels. Weare informed that the California Stage Company are making arrangements which will be soon completed whereby they will arrive at 1 o’cleck everyday. Passengers ~from Sacramento will be enabled to take an early dinner at this place. . From Sacramento passengers will be landed at Virginia the next morning at 6 o'clock.
