N-THE PROBATE COURT of the County of Nevada, State of California, In
the. matter of the Estate of Albert Lindsey,
deceased. . It appearing to the Gourt bythe
‘petition presented and_flea by John Bell,
admimistrator de bonis uon-of the e. tate of
Albert Lindsey, deceased, praying for an
order to sell the whole of the interest of
said deceased in certain mining claims4escribed in said petition; that it is necessary
. to sell the whole of the interest of said de.
ceased in said mining claims to pay the expenses and charges of administration and
that it is for the interest and to the advan:
tage of said estute to sell the same. It is
therefore ordered by: the Judge of the said
Probate Court, that wl] persens interested in
the estate of said deceased, appear before the
said Probate Court on Thursday, the 24th
day of April, A.D. 1873., at-10 o'clock in
the forenoon of said day, at the Court room
of said Probate Court at Nevada City, in
County of Nevada, to show cause why an order should not be granted to the said Adminstrator to sell the interest of said decensed

this order be published at least four sucessive weeks in the Nevada Daily Transcript,
