else, at present, but ‘skates, It is

ing all the time. Some dozen persons,

We were yesterday shown some rich
sulpheret rock from the Cornish mine,
which is located a short distance frem
town en Deer Creek. The ledge is
three feet in thickness, and where they
now cut it they have 500 feet Sacks,

County Court.
Inthe case of McNulty vs. Cashin &
Kent, judgment was given forthe plaintiff for $49 76 and costs of suit. The
Court then adjourned for the term.

mento during the past week, holding
Court in the Sixth District for Judge
Ramage.

The District Court will meet on Monday next, when the trial of cases set
