in a short time, The parties are
both Scotchmen. — They had until
this occurrence been very warm
friends, and as far as we can learn
never had any difficulty before. Kilgor is an old, gray-headed man probably 55yearsof age. After the trans’ action he went home to Quaker Hill,
and yesterday morning Under Sheriff
Potter went up and arrested him.
He found him in bed when he arrived. The old man expresses the
deepest sorrow over the affair. _Yesterday Justice Davidson went to the
scene of the homicide to hold an inquest, the report of the affair having
been brought to this city by Mr.
Stephens,who resides in the vicinity.

This valuable medicine has been used in
the East with such remarkable success that,
we have been induced to send for it. As

it cannot be excelled, and forconstipation
of the;bowels it is a sure cure. . .
From the Boston Journal.
Dyspersia. White's Specialty for this
aggravating couplaint, has been thoroughly tested by thousands who have been benefitted by it, and are willing to testify
to its efficacy. It warrants a permanent
cure, if tried faithfully, ‘
Col. Chas. H. Taylor (private Secretary to
the Governor of Massachusetts for three
years, and a member of the Legislature,)
says, in ‘‘American Homes,” that WHITE’s
Speciatty for dyspepsia scatters that disease as quickly as-water does hot lead.
From the Congregationalist (Boston.)
In this age of fast things, our people
make no nice distinctions, but whetier
their occupation be walking, riding, working, reading, or eating, they do them all
with a rush; consequently we are the most
dyspeptic people in the world. As it is too
late to remedy the cause in our own cases,
the best thing to be done is to find some
way to change the effect, and this can be
done by Wurre’s SPECIALTY FOR DYSPEPSIA,
which from pure merit and virtue alone is
its sale, all the old popular medicines of
the day.. oo
