REVISED ORDINANCE NO. 1.
An Ordinance regulating the Issue of licenses.
HE TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF NEVADA, de ordain as follows:
Section 1. Licenses required; Penalty. It
shall not be lawful for any person within the
corporate limits of the City of Nevada, to
ursue any calling or transact any business
ereinaiter mentioned, until he or she er
they have taken out a license therefor, and
pid for the same as hereinafter provided; and
for every Violation of this Ordinance, the party
offendiny shall be subject to a penalty of
not less than twenty or more than One Hundred Dollars, or by imprisonment in the
City Prison not to e ten days.
Section 1, of Ordinance No. 7 in conflict
with the\section revised at this meeting is
hereby repealed. Passed March 25th, 1879,
