Nevada, State of California, recovered a judgment against Alpheus Hamblin for the sum of.
Three Hundred and Nineteen\Dollars and twenty-Gre cents, ($319 25) with iaterest thereon from
the date of said judgment at the rate of 2}4 per
cent. per month till paid, and\$20 edsts of suits,
which jadgment is reeorded in the judgment
book 4 ofthe said District Court.on page 107,
and whereas it is ordered that the morrgaie set
forth in plaintiff’s complaint be foreclosed, and
the property therein described te wit : That cer
tain town lot located in the city and rounty of }
Nevada, State of California, upon the South side
of Boring street, commencing-at the north east
corner of the Baptist Church lot, thente running
easterly upon said street and apon the line thereof twenty-eight feet. thence at right angies with
said first line southerly one hundred and ninety
four feet, thence westerly-twenty-eight feet to
