A dispensation has been granted
Oustomah Lodge, No. 16, I. 0. O,
¥', to celebrate the anniversary. of
Udd Fellowship on the 25th of April
instead of the 26th. The 26th of
Ball isto be given, it was not considered an appropriate night for the .
Occasion, therefore the-dispensation
was asked. The Committee will now
80 ahead and complete their arrangements for the Celebration and Dedication of their new Hall. In all’
probability, the procession will be
the largest ever seen in this city. It
-—isunderstood that the two Lodges in
Grass Valley will turn out in full
numbers, and many other Lodges in
. this and the ‘adjoining counties will
help to swell the procession. In the
evening a Bull will be given in the
Skating rink and the Sapper at the
Theatre. An invitation has been
sent to Hon, Nathan Porter to deliyer the oration.

Perils of the Season,
The inhospitable winds aad chilly fogs
of spring are unwelcome -visiters to the fees
ble and ailing, and are by no means ‘conof diseaseiurking in the system, they are
sure to develop it, unless proper precautions
are taken to prevent-such a misfortune.
Bilious complaints, dyspepsia, nervous de
bility, rheumatism, irregularities of the
bowels, and disorders which affect the kidneys, are all aggravated by the peculiar con
dition ef the atmosphere at this season.:
Invalids who are subject to any of these
disorders, or have # predisposition thereto,
should therefore forearm themeclves against
danger by strengthening the digestive organs, the nervous system and the muscular
fibre with daily doses of , Hostetter's Stomach Bitters. There is no period of the year
at which astimulating tonic and regulating
icine is more urgently required than in
the-spriug; and there is no preparation of
that class'im Which so many valuable restorative and-preventive properties are
. sombined in auch 2 partestly safe and haem: .
less form as in Hostetter’s Bitters, It may
be stated positively, as an uucontradictable
fact, that a course of this agreeable vegeta.
