mining claims of Morrie & Co. known as the
lowa ledge. and running. thence southerly on
the said ledge 2200 feet, together with all dips,
angles and spurs thereof. Also, the Springs

three hundred yards south-easterly from the
shaft on the said claims, and alse,alt the right,
title or interest of the said Gefendant, to any
and all wood. water, spring orstream, within
one-fourth of a mile on eaeh side of the whole
