McKerron, plaintiff, and to answer the Complaint filed therein, within ten day#*(exclusive
of the day of service) after the service on. you
of this Summons—if served within this coun-ty; or, if served out of this County, but in
‘this Diatrict, within twenty days; otherwige,
within forty days—or jndgment will be taken
against you by default, according to the prayer
of said Complaint.wherein plalntiff prays for
a decree of our District Court, annulling and
dissolving the bonds. of matrimony existing
hetween said plaintiff and defendant, all of
which is more fully set out in said Complaint:
