Tae PRISONER —Sheriff Gentry arrived
yesterday from Washoe county, Nevada,
having in’ charge John Brannon, charged
with the murder of John Hennessy, ‘at
amp 20, on the Pacific Railroad, near
Donner Lake. Brannon and Maty Gallagher were indicted for this murder by the
last Grand Jury, and willbe tried at the
-next term of the DistrictCourt. The ar

about, 20 or; 21 years. of age, and
_have-already killed three men.
