After considerable. debate upon a motion to adopt the report, the question waa divided and that portion ot the report relative to the erection vl a temporary building, adopted. All of the report, except the recommendation for the erection of a tempo rary building, was upon vote rejected. A motion was then made and carried to confine the exercises to the Fourth day of July.
