' Phenix quartz claim on Gold Flat to
satisfy a judgment of $648 52, and
costs amouuting to $48 65, obtained
by Legg & Shaw and others against
the corporation owning the property
for material, Iabor, ete. Legg &
Shaw bid the claim in.
The Depot Yard.
The work of filling in the yard of
the Narrow Guage railroad depot at
this city has again been suspended,
although there are several days’ labor to be performed on it. The job
was commenced last year, but we
understand the company do not propose to finish it at present.
