Trustees. of thé City of Nevada do ordain as
follows:
Tt shall not be lawful for any Section 1,
person to. throw or deposit any wefuse and
combustible material upon any lot, street
or place within the city limits whereby the
adjacent buildings might be endangered
should such combustible material take fire.
Any person guilty of violating this ordinance shall,on conviction, be fined in ahy
sum not less than ten and not exceéding
one hundred dollars, or be impaigoned in
the city prison not.to exceed ten days.
