Is bounded south by Deer creek, west by
Main street, north and eust by bh: city limits. Includes all of Nevada, Water, High
Coyote and Court streets; that portion °
Chureh and Washington streets east of

street.
DISTRICT NO, 2
Is bounded south by Deer creek, east by
Main street, west and north by city limits.
Includes Broad, East and West Broad, Pine,
Commercial, Spring, Factory, Brid se, Cottuze, York, Schvol, Union, Orchard and Winter streets; that portion of Washington and
Chureh streets west of Main, and ull the
western side of Main street.
DISTRICT NO, 3

estate of said William Kistle, deceased, praying for an order to sell the whole of the real
