The City Board of Trustees do ordain ae
follows, und establish that it is néteseary
for the public convenienceand welfare that
Broad Street,in front of the réspective
lots heresfter Lemed be pianked in the
following manner;
In front of eath lot planked planks shall
be laid down as follows: Fourteen {feet
loug, four iuches thick laid upon stringers
or sills 4 inches by 6 inches wide; the
stringers or sills to be four feet apart
from centers and well bedded in the earth,
the spaces between the sills to be flled
with gravel and level with the surface of
the sills. The plank to be well spiked to
each stringer with six inch spikes.
The lotsa in front of which planking
shall be placed by the terms of this Ordiance are Lot 8,
Let 1, Block 13; Lot 6,Block 13; Lot 5,Block
18; Lot 4, Block 13; Lote 2 and 3, Block 13;
