The condition of the mine now
promises well for resumption of dividends early next year.New Mining Ixcorporation.
There have been filed with the
Couaty Clerk articles of incorporation
of the Gold Point Consolidated Gold
and Silver Mining Company, with
principal place of business at Grass
Valley. The capital stock is $100,000 divided into 50,00 shares. The
incorporators are David Watt, James
Bennallack, A. B. Brady, Samuel
Granger and P, H. Paynter.
