It is reported that the Jot aus ruins have been purchased for the purpose, and that a company with a capital stock of fifteen thousand dollars, has been fully organized. Subsequent to the act of organization a move has_heen made to increase the capital stock to twenty thousand dollars, in order to make an itien to the former dimensions of the hotel. We. have not seen the subscription list, but learn it is under the tutelage of men of large means and that there is ‘slready subscribed the full amount of the capital stock, twenty thou« sand dollars.
