our landlord, and we never want a better or

Capr. Kipp’s SreamBoat.—The down
mensivns of which are as follow: keel, 165
7 Gom & Lambard, of Sacramento, furnish
the machinery. The boat is to be a first
clase side wheel steamer, built strong enough
o run outside, but designed for regular
trips between San Francisco and Sacramento. Itis to have two engines, 22 inch eylin«
ders, and seven feet stroke. The joiner and
> finishing work is to be done by Wingard.
