HE Board of Supervisors of Nevada
ty do ordain as follows:
The Board of Supervisors of Nevada County will pay the sum of $5 per head for each

Said payments te be made at each regular
session of the Board, and shall be made only
residents of the county claiming’ rewards

showing that the applicant is a resident of
the county, and that the animal for

was shot or entrapped within 90 days previous te the. time the application is made,

deposited with the Clerk of the Board; provided thac the Board may require verbal
testimony if they deem it necessary; provided further that no rewarde shall he jaid
after the fullamount paidunder this ordinance reaches ‘the sum of $500 in any one
fiscal year, and no rewards in excess of $100
shall be paid to any one patna or, family in
any such’ .iseal year, © payments’ made
under this ordinanee shall be from the Gen-.
era] Fund of the county, and noreward shall
be paid for any such animal killed by means
of poison. This ordinance shall take effect
fifteen days from the date of its adoption.
