SAMUEL ERSKINE, DECEASED; defendants. You are hereby required to appear
in an action brought against yeu in the
Superior Court of the trots of Nevada,
State of California, on the sixth day of October, 1884, by THOMAS L. ROBINSON,
plaintiff, and to answer the complaint filed
therein,within ten days (exclusive of the
day of service) after the service on

county ; or, if served out of this county,
within thirty days, or judgment will be taken
against you by default, according to the
rayer of said complaint. The said action
is brought to obtain a decree of this Court
for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage described in the said complaint and executed
by the said Samuel Erskine, deceased, on
the 29th day of October 1879, to secure by. 9
ment of a certain promissory note dated October 29th, 1879, due four mcnths after date
for the sum of $80 with interest thereon at

foreclosure of a certain mortgage described
in said plaint, and executed hy the said
