HE Board of Supervisors of Nevada
ft County do ordain as follows:
The Board of Supervisors of Nevada Gounty will pay the sum of $5 per head for gach
and every coyote killed’ in said county.
Said payments to be made at each regular
session of the Board, and shall be made only
to residents of the county claiming rewards
ander this oidinance. Applications for yments must be accompanied by an affidavit
showing that the applicant isa resident of
the county, and that the animal for
the killing of which tie reward is claimed
was shot or entrap within 90 days previous te the time the application is made,
and giving particulars as tolocality and circumstance, and the scalp of each must be
deposited with the Clerk of the Board; provided tha¢ the Board may require verbal
testimony if they deem it necessary; provided further that no rewarde shall be paid
after the fullamount paid under this ordinance reaches the sum of $500 in any one
fiscal year, and no rewards in excess of $100
shall be paid to any one ne or family in
any ‘such ‘iscal year. ll payments made
under this ordinanee shall be from the General Fund of the county, and yer shali
be paid for any such salipal killed by means
of'poison, This ordinanpe shall take effect
