and turn-outs to keep the water from washing said rad. The You Bet Station road
also requires a ditch op upper side twelve
inches ;deep and twelve incies wide, to
keep the water off of said roads, and the
same to be kept open ‘during the winter;

good, suitabie condition immedia ely,
and to be kept so dartag the whole term

Section 3. Commencing at the White
House, thence‘on the Grass Valley road
and the Buena Vista Ranch road to Gieenhorn bridge. ‘Pwo aad one-half miles more
