They are doing am immense “business, for the reason, ‘a8 dealers ine . form us, they sell their goods at least 20 per cent. cheaper than any other house at the Bay. .Their cigars cannot _be beat in quality or prices. _ No PLace Like Home.—Ike Loyd, of this city, who. spent several months lately, “wandering up and down in the land,” from Santa Barbara to the north. vainly endeavoring to find a place ofs fering a better home and prospects ’ than Nevada, has recently purchased himself a homestead, and determined to make a permanent abode in this place. He has found that there is “no place like home,” and will no doubt be more successful; happy and contented hereafter, having satisfied himself that Nevada is as good a county as “they Laprigs’ CLAss.—Mr. Millington will organize a ladies’ class for instruction in dancing, on Thursday afternoon at 2} o’clock, at Temperance Hall.
