See. 29 of the statute-relative to Elections. as
amended, vide statutes 1893, page 745 reads as
fotiows:
Sec. 29, ifsach poy shall insist that he is
entitled te vote, and the challengé shalinot be
witndrawn, he shall not-be entitled to vote unpoe he take the following oath, to be administered by the Inspector or onc of the Judges, viz:
**You. do swear—or affirm as the case may be—
that you are of the ag: of twenty-one years,
according to the best of your kuowledge and be
lief. and that you have resided iv this State six
months next preceding this election, and that
you have not voted this day.’’
Upon taking whiech®path, he shall be entitled
to vote for all state offices. and if he offer to
vote for any district, evunty or township officer’
he shall in "dition thereto, make oath that he
has resided in sack’ district. county or township—as the.case may be—thirty days.
