WHEREAS, on the Ninth day of November, 1887, John W. Hart et als, Defendants, recovered a segment in the Superior
Coutt ofthe State Of California, in and for
the County of Nevada, against Leopold Garthe, Plaintiff, for césts, by defendants ineurred on appeal tothe Supreme Court in
said cause, forthe sum of One Hundred and
Sixteen Dollars, with interest thereon at
the rate of seven per cent. per annum till
paid, from the date of said Judgment, together with two dollars, accruing costs as
appears of record. And whereas, the Judgment Roll in the action in which said Jade
ment was entered is filed in the Clerk’s office of said Court, and the said. Judgment
was docketed in said Clerk’s office, on the
day and year first above written. And the
sum of $118 00, with interest is now due on
said Judgment. By virtue of the above execution I have attached, levied upon and
