DISAPPEARED.—Joseph C. Graves, lately
arrived in this city fromi: Washoe.He received a letter from the East’ containing bad .
news, aud made av attempt at suicide by
taking laudanum. Dr. Hunt was called in,
and saved his life. Graves aiterwards went
vut on Boulder street, and bas not yet been
found, though diligent search bas been made
for him. He was from Malden, Maass.
where his family reside. He is abont 43
years of age, and had on when be left, a light
suit of clothes.
