SECTION 2. Said Sidewalks shall be five feet in width, with not less than three stringers of three by four inches, with plank, eovering not less than an inch and a. half in thickness, and nailed down with twenty penny nails ; they shall be constructed under the superiu~ tendence and direction. of the City Marshal and have the same grade as the street. ‘ Secqiox 3.
