Death of Mrs. C. A. Tweed.
A dispatch has been received from
Arizona announcing the death of the
wife of Charles A. Tweed, United
States Térritorial Judge, who expired,

Death of Mrs. James Allen.
V'We iearn that the widow of the late
Gen. James Allen, formerly of this
city, and sister of O. P. Stidger, Esq.
of North San Juan, died at San Francisco, on Tuesday last. Judge Stidger
received'a dispatch on Monday stating that Mrs. Allen was dangerously
ill and he left the next morning, but
did not arrive in San Francisco till
after her decease. Mrs. Allen was
most. estimable lady.
