passed March the twenty-third, A. D.
eighteen hundred and fifty, to regulate
Klections. Approved April 4, 1864:
Section 1, Section twenty-eight of said
Act ts amended a9 ns to rend as followa:
Sec. 28. If any person offering to vote at
“any election shall be chatlenged ia relation
, to-his right to voteat the election, the Board
. of Judges shall declare to him thie qualifica. tions of an elector, and the Iuspeetor-or one
of the Sudges shalt tender to nim the fullow-’

reject his vote.
Sec. 3.1f each person shall still insist that
ho ia entittedto vote, and the Board of
Judges fing no cause to reject his vote under the prelitiuary exsmination, and the
challenge shullnot be withdrawn, he shall
not be eutitled to vote unless he take tae following oath, to be adiiniatered by the Inepector or one of the Judges, viz:
